MB “Plement” (hereinafter referred to as “Plement” or “We”) respects and protects the personal data and privacy of visitors and customers of the website https://plement.io/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). Please note that the personal data of visitors to the website https://plement.io/ and our customers are processed lawfully, transparently, fairly, for predetermined purposes and only to the extent necessary to achieve these purposes. In this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”), we provide information about what personal data we collect when you visit the website https://plement.io/, use services offered by us on this website, or contact us regarding the nature of the services provided on the website https://plement.io/ or other issues.   2. What information do we collect about you and what do we use it for?
    2.1. For the purpose of providing and administering digital services
    For this purpose, we may process such data as your name, surname, position, the name of the company you represent, contact details (e-mail address, residential address, phone number), as well as other data provided when concluding and performing the agreement regarding the provision of digital services with us.
    Personal data for the purposes of providing and administering digital services will be stored for 10 (ten) years from the date of invoice for the services provided unless a longer period of storage of personal data is required by laws and/or other legislation.
    When providing digital services, “Plement” may also process the data of third parties you have provided to us. These data will be stored for 1 (one) year from the date of service provision, unless otherwise specified in the Personal Data Processing Agreement. It is your responsibility to inform third parties that MB “Plement” will process their personal data.
    The legal basis for processing this data is the necessity to fulfil the agreement with you regarding the provision of digital services.2.2. For the purpose of administration and addressing the inquiries or other information
         We also process your personal data (such as name, surname, e-mail address, position, company name and/or other data provided) when you contact “Plement” by e-mail, submit an inquiry, or book a consultation on the website, send us a message on social networks or contact us in any other way.
         We process the data you provide to us on the basis of a legitimate interest – to administer inquiries, messages and bookings, to respond to your inquiries, to ensure the quality of the services provided and to protect our legitimate interests.
         This data will be stored for 2 (two) years from the date of receiving the inquiry or message.

    2.3. For the purpose of administering feedback
         After using the services provided by “Plement”, you have the opportunity to leave feedback about our services. When administering your feedback, we may process such data as your name, surname, position, the name of the company you represent, e-mail address or other data, and/or other data provided in the feedback.
         We will process the data you provide to us based on your consent or on the basis of a legitimate interest in order to ensure and improve the quality of the services provided.
         This data will be stored for 3 (three) years from the date of receiving the feedback. Once your data has been anonymized, we have the right to store and publish the feedback for an indefinite period of time.

    2.4. For the purpose of sending marketing
    With your expressed consent, “Plement” may use your e-mail address and phone number to send newsletters, offers, or other useful information about the services provided. We may also contact you by e-mail or phone to ask for your opinion on the quality of our services or to clarify your needs for digital services.
    Your marketing consent is considered the legal basis for the processing of personal data.
    You can unsubscribe from receiving such communications at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the e-mail or by contacting us by e-mail at [email protected] .
    After sending newsletters, offers, or other information, we also collect statistical information on whether you have opened an e-mail containing the newsletter, how many times you have read it, which links you have clicked, whether you have forwarded an e-mail to others, as well as information about your device and browser, and the region of your e-mail server.
    For this purpose, your data will be stored for 1 (one) year from the date of receiving your consent.

    2.5. For the purpose of fulfilling agreements with partners and service providers
    “Plement” may process the data of employees of its service providers or partners (legal entities) and service providers and partners (natural persons) to fulfill the agreements concluded between “Plement” and the specified persons. On this basis and for this purpose, “Plement” may process your name, surname, position, the name of the company you represent, e-mail address, phone number, the content of correspondence, date, as well as other data related to the fulfillment of the agreement.
    The data will be stored for as long as necessary to fulfil the obligations under the agreements. Upon the expiry of the agreement, the data will be processed and stored for the statutory limitation period.

  3. To whom and why do we disclose your personal data?
    3.1. We keep your personal data secure and require all our partners and service providers who have access to your data to do so.3.2. Your data may be viewed by our employees and certain specialised service providers we have hired, such as providers of website content management systems and website hosting services, advertising and marketing services, communication services companies, accounting, accounting, auditing and IT service providers, e-mail and SMS messaging service providers, to the extent necessary for the purposes of sending newsletters and offers (if you have given your consent), etc.3.3.     6.6. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interest, except in cases where the data is processed for legitimate reasons or for us to defend and comply with legal requirements.

    7.1. This Privacy Policy may be updated or modified at our discretion.
